Home Improvement Contractor In Palmer Park, CO
Full Exterior Replacements Only, No Patch Jobs Or Half Measures
One Contractor For Windows, Siding, Stucco, Doors, & Gutters In Palmer Park, CO
Finding a reliable home improvement contractor in Palmer Park, CO is hard when so many crews cut corners or bounce between trades. Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco keeps it simple. We focus on full exterior replacement, and we do it right the first time.
Colorado weather is rough on a home’s exterior. High winds, hail, and big temperature swings wear down windows, siding, and stucco faster than many homeowners expect. That’s why we replace instead of patch.
We work under one umbrella we call exterior services. That covers your windows, siding, stucco and stone, entry doors, and gutters, soffit, and fascia. Having one contractor handle the whole exterior keeps the details from slipping through the cracks.
We install products from trusted names like Milgard, Anlin, Simonton, James Hardie, LP SmartSide, ProVia, and CertainTeed. Every project reflects Colorado-specific building practices, especially our stucco work.
Here’s what sets us apart. We don’t do patchwork, and we don’t repair projects that other companies installed. We handle complete replacements, from the first measurement to the final walkthrough.
Exterior Services For Palmer Park, CO
Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco groups every offering under one umbrella called exterior services. Below are the core replacement services we offer El Paso County, CO homeowners.

Window Replacement
We replace worn or failing windows with products from Pella, ProVia, Andersen, Cascade, Simonton, Anlin, WinCore, and Milgard. This is full replacement work, not glass swaps on units we didn’t supply.
New windows help seal out the wind and temperature swings common across Colorado Springs. Every install starts with accurate measurements so the fit is right.
Siding Installation & Repair
We install and replace siding using CertainTeed, Mastic Home Exteriors, EDCO, Alside, and GenTek. Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco handles full siding projects for homes in Colorado. We don’t do patch work. You get a complete, matched exterior instead of mismatched sections.
Stucco & Stone
Our stucco and stone work follows Colorado regional practices rather than East Coast methods. We use systems from James Hardie, Senergy, and Sunset Stone. Colorado’s dry climate and elevation change how stucco should be applied, and we build for those conditions.
The result is a durable, finished exterior suited to Colorado weather.
Entry Door Replacement
We replace entry doors with products from ProVia, Therma Tru, Waudena, Pella, and Larson. A properly installed door seals against Colorado wind and improves your home’s front-facing look. This is complete door replacement work. We handle the measurement, installation, and final fit so the door opens, closes, and seals correctly.
More Exterior Work For Palmer Park, CO
Beyond windows, siding, stucco, and doors, Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco handles two more parts of your home’s exterior that protect it from Colorado weather.

James Hardie & LP Siding
We install James Hardie fiber cement and LP SmartSide on Palmer Park, CO homes. Both hold up well against Colorado’s sun, wind, and hail.
Fiber cement resists cracking and fading, and LP engineered wood adds strength with a natural look. We install these as full siding projects, matched to your home’s style. Ask us which product fits your exterior and budget best during your estimate.
Gutter, Soffit & Fascia Services
At Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco, we install gutters, soffit, and fascia to move water away from your home and protect the edges of your roofline. We offer 5-inch and 6-inch seamless gutter systems in steel and aluminum, along with gutter guards to help keep leaves and debris out and reduce the need for frequent cleaning.
This work keeps water away from siding, stucco, and your foundation. In Colorado, sudden storms drop heavy amounts of water quickly, so properly sized gutters matter. We handle these as part of a full exterior plan, not as a patch.

I had a 10 star experience….you can too!
Awesome ?! From the beginning: Last year I got several estimates for replacement windows for our rental property. Peakview's estimate was comprehensive and definitely the best for the money. Since the initial estimates were handled by the management company, I hadn't met the sales person until I made my final decision. After I decided on Peakview, I went to the office to meet the sales guy and actually look at the windows, and make final selections. I met Mike- who was awesome. Great guy- absolutely no high pressure for anything. He demonstrated the window's ability to cut the heat from the sun as well as some other energy saving features. I made my decisions and the windows were installed. They are beautiful. The house was built in 1952 so the old windows were wood. Now they are beautiful and energy efficient. Tom was the installer and he did a great job. Cut to present- I had to get windows for the house I live in. I was almost positive I wanted to go with Peakview, but I checked other places on the internet "just to see" if there was another company out there that I should get an estimate from. I read reviews and knew I was wasting time- I just needed to call Peakview again. I was thrilled that Mike was there! Once again we went through the process of deciding what I wanted and he gave me an estimate. Price was perfect. I gave half down so they could order the windows. When the windows came in, they called me to let me know the installer, Tom, (I was thrilled it was Tom again!) would call me to make arrangements to look at the windows he would be replacing. Tom called me and didn't actually need to come in the house- he was able to figure things out from the outside while I was at work. That was perfect for me. A few weeks later, Peakview called to schedule. Today I had my windows installed. Tom showed up at the agreed upon time, and was awesome from the start. Mike (sales) told him we don't do shoes in the house, so Tom took his off before he did a walk around to look at the house/windows from the inside. He said he would lay down plastic covering on all the carpet (which he did- stairs and then the upstairs hall and walkways) and lay down runners and drop cloths on the wood floors. His two helpers, Travis and Kahn (or Kahm) showed up about 30 mins later and they got busy. They were a well oiled machine. Tom let me know we had some rotted boards and said if I got the new boards he would remove the rotted ones and put the new ones up for us. Really?!?!? Awesome!!! He gave me what we needed and my husband ran out to get them. Tom replaced the rotted with the new. How awesome is that?!? Tom and his crew were THE BEST! As they worked, they cleaned- all the junk that was the result of the old windows being cut out was vacuumed up. All the debris outside was picked up. Everything about this process was painless (and believe it or not, I dragged my feet because I was worried about the mess from having the windows replaced). The entire process from start to finish was professional and they kept me informed. I love my new windows! I didn't mention, the first time I walked into the show room, I also met the owner- Shaun O'Laughlin. I felt very comfortable that I could call them if there was an issue and that alone, is a great feeling. So, there are lots of choices, which is great for consumers- but I encourage you to consider calling Peakview and give them an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. Their window installers are so awesome, that alone, should be a reason to call them. I had a 10 star experience....you can too! FYI - I have 11 openings
I definitely recommend PeakView Windows and Siding to anyone
Mike showed up at our home. He gave us the background of the company, the services and the products they installed. He listened to our concerns, and provided options and product samples for my wife and I to sort through. He came well prepared and was not pushing us in any direction. We spent over an hour with him discussing the project. He took some measurements of our property and gave us an estimate on the spot. While we gathered additional estimates, Mike stayed in touch without pushing us and even made us aware of excess inventory that could have given us a price break for a particular product. Their estimate was in line with a comparable competitor, but we chose this company due to their due diligence and outstanding customer service. When we agreed to move forward, we met again to finalize the details. Mike even gave us several days for my wife and I to finalize our color selection and styles. The installation was done well and the installers took no short cuts. Their attention to detail was impressive. My house looks like a new house, and the colors match perfectly. The workmanship is second to none. I definitely recommend PeakView Windows and Siding to anyone.

The windows installed in my rental property have exceeded my expectations. Not only do they provide breathtaking views, but they also require very little maintenance, making them a top choice for landlords and tenants seeking a hassle-free experience.
