Let’s take it from the top. Our values begin with trust and end with loyalty. While this is not an exhaustive list of the principles we hold dear, these are among the most important.
Trust
We’ve worked HARD to earn your trust over the last 30+ years in exterior remodeling (not to mention our military careers). For those who know us and who have worked with us, it’s easy. We’ve already proven we come through and use high-performance products.

Integrity
Military values like integrity are central to how we manage our company. For example, the Air Force, where it’s “Integrity First,” “Service Before Self,” and “Excellence In All We Do.” Or, the U.S. Army’s “LDRSHIP” values, which stand for Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage.
In our company and industry, we have little if we don’t have our word or integrity. Hence, you can expect us to be above board from start to finish and approach our work with military-grade attention to detail.
Service
We were born to serve. It’s the calling and long-held tradition of our family and our family company (since 1994). Whether working for Uncle Sam or your Uncle Ted, serving our community is an honor.
It’s not a “grind” to us. Protecting and reinforcing homes with premium windows, siding, doors, and gutters is important. We’re proud of it! And after working on thousands of homes, we’ve had quite an impact.
Respect
Disrespecting you is unthinkable. From where we sit, there’s no difference between that and disrespecting our mothers. When you work with our team, you’re valued, acknowledged, and listened to. It’s part of our like-family approach to service.
