Full-Service Stucco Contractors: One In-House Crew, Written Line Items
If a crack is widening or a patch has chalked, stucco contractors in Woodmoor, CO can give you a straight read before it’s opened up. At Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco, we walk the whole elevation first and put every finding in a written estimate you can hold.
We’re an exterior crew, so we look at how the stucco ties into the windows, the trim, and the flashing above it. We don’t just check the field of the wall—that’s where trouble hides here in the high country.
Colorado walls take a beating that East Coast homes never see. Freeze-thaw cycles pry at every crack, and dry mountain air pulls moisture through a bad seal. So we spec our stucco installation for this climate, not a template pulled from somewhere with different weather.
From there, the same in-house crew that measures your job is the crew that finishes it. No handoff to a sub who never saw the estimate. You get one project lead and one number to reach that person all the way to the final walkthrough.
Whether it’s a re-coat, fresh stone veneer, or a repair above a window, we tell you plainly what’s included before we start. You know the price, the sequence, and the day the crew arrives. The work goes into writing before it goes on the wall.

How Colorado Climate Shapes The Way We Install Stucco Here
Stucco takes a beating up here that flat-country installers never plan for. Freeze-thaw swings, dry mountain air, and hard afternoon sun crack a coat that was floated wrong or rushed before it cured. As stucco contractors in El Paso County, CO, we build for that reality from the first coat.
A proper wall starts behind the finish, not on the surface, so we set a weather-resistant barrier and lath that lets the system breathe and drain the way Colorado walls need. Then we build the cement coats out in stages that are allowed to cure on their own schedule.
That’s the difference between a finish that holds and one that spiders with cracks by the second winter.
You get an exterior that seals your home against wind and moisture and reads clean from the street. Our stucco installation work covers full-home exteriors and new sections tied into existing walls, matched for color and texture so the addition blends in. One crew handles the job start to finish, so nobody hands off your wall halfway through.

Stucco Contractor Services In Woodmoor, CO
Stucco is a layered cement finish that wraps and protects your walls. When yours is cracking, fading, or was never installed for mountain conditions, a fresh application seals the home back up and resets the look.
You end up with a durable, weather-ready exterior in the color and texture you chose, applied over a properly prepped wall so it lasts. We also install stone accents using lines like Sunset Stone when you want contrast at the base or entry.
At Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco, we install stucco the Colorado way, curing each coat on its own timeline instead of racing to a finish that cracks. You get one crew and an estimate you approved before we start.

What Makes Us A Sound Choice For Stucco Contractors In Woodmoor, CO
Grounded In How Colorado Walls Actually Handle Weather
Stucco that fails in this climate usually means it wasn’t detailed for it. Freeze-thaw swings, dry mountain air, and wind-driven moisture behave nothing like the coast, and the finish will show the difference within a few seasons.
Because of that, our stucco installation follows Colorado practice from the wall out, not a playbook borrowed from a wetter, milder region. The system has to breathe and drain the way local walls demand.
That is the reasoning behind choosing us for stucco services here rather than a crew that treats every region the same.
- High-Performance Products—The stucco systems we use—Senergy for the base coats, Sunset Stone for accents—are chosen for how they cure and drain in dry mountain air, not how they look in a sample book. Anything less doesn’t hold through a Front Range winter. Our premium products do.
- Military-Grade Detail—Before the first coat ever goes on, we look behind the old finish at the lath, the weather barrier, and the flashing around every window. A wall can look sound from the sidewalk and still be trapping water where you can’t see it.
- Like-Family Service—You won’t be left guessing which stage your project is in or who’s showing up next. The same like-family service that quotes your job stays on it through the final coat, so your questions go straight to us.
- Deep-Seated Core Values—We won’t rush a cure just to hit a tighter schedule, and we won’t skip prepping a wall properly to save an afternoon. Our values set the pace for your project, not the calendar.
- A Pillar Of Our Community—Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco has finished walls across the Front Range since 1994, long enough to know how this climate treats a coat over time. Referrals from past clients are still how most of our stucco work gets booked.
That focus is what makes us a straightforward choice for stucco contractors in El Paso County, CO: correct method, named systems, and one exterior handled as a whole.

What Neighbors Say About Our Stucco Services
Choosing who works on the outside of your house is not a small decision. The notes below come from people here who wanted a straight answer, a clear price, and stucco that holds up to the weather.
Would I use them again? In a heartbeat! But I hope I don’t have to!
We had old, wooden, drafty, windows (Oldach Windows) in our 25 yo home that you could hardly open. Decided to "bite the bullet" and replace all of them. We had 5 window companies come in and give estimates (Andersen $$$$, Marvin, Champion, etc.) and Peakview had the best windows at a reasonable price, value, value, value. This is not a million dollar home so we did not go for the very expensive (Andersen, good quality but 2-3 times over the cost of the others). Peakview had a very good window, ProView, a very good price, and a very good reputation. Mike Kinner, the salesman, went through everything, including how the windows are built, the energy saving glass, and the excellent warranty. After narrowing down the list to two, we visited the Peakview Windows showroom and Mike again went through everything in detail and answered all of our questions. That finalized our choice. Ordered 13 windows and a back door slider, some frosted for bathrooms, large double sash for bedrooms, hexagon for a bath, etc. The order was taken and final measurements taken in the first week of January. Deposit made and the windows arrived in 6 weeks. Installation would be in a couple of days. A crew arrive on a Thursday and they removed and replaced ALL OF THE WINDOWS IN ONE DAY! They returned the next day to remove and replace all of the window sills (10) caulk around the window and install the back door slider, a half-day job. An excellent job and they were diligent about cleaning up as they moved along. We are very pleased with the windows, the sales, the installation, and the overall professionalism of Peakview Windows, kudos all around. Would I use them again? In a heartbeat! But I hope I don't have to.

Peak view is amazing, the lady at the desk I think was Carrie or Carlie, (I'm sorry if the spelling or name is wrong). Anyway she was very pleasant to talk to, she knew every question I asked and there was a lot, hahaha. It was easy to set an appointment and if needed to cancel (But who would do that).Very professional, friendly trustworthy and knowledgeable. If Anyone needs work done Call Peakview Windows and Siding and Structure. You won't be disappointed. They Are Amazing, I Wouldn't trust anyone else.
I definitely recommend PeakView Windows and Siding to anyone
Mike showed up at our home. He gave us the background of the company, the services and the products they installed. He listened to our concerns, and provided options and product samples for my wife and I to sort through. He came well prepared and was not pushing us in any direction. We spent over an hour with him discussing the project. He took some measurements of our property and gave us an estimate on the spot. While we gathered additional estimates, Mike stayed in touch without pushing us and even made us aware of excess inventory that could have given us a price break for a particular product. Their estimate was in line with a comparable competitor, but we chose this company due to their due diligence and outstanding customer service. When we agreed to move forward, we met again to finalize the details. Mike even gave us several days for my wife and I to finalize our color selection and styles. The installation was done well and the installers took no short cuts. Their attention to detail was impressive. My house looks like a new house, and the colors match perfectly. The workmanship is second to none. I definitely recommend PeakView Windows and Siding to anyone.
