I had a 10 star experience….you can too!
Awesome ?! From the beginning: Last year I got several estimates for replacement windows for our rental property. Peakview's estimate was comprehensive and definitely the best for the money. Since the initial estimates were handled by the management company, I hadn't met the sales person until I made my final decision. After I decided on Peakview, I went to the office to meet the sales guy and actually look at the windows, and make final selections. I met Mike- who was awesome. Great guy- absolutely no high pressure for anything. He demonstrated the window's ability to cut the heat from the sun as well as some other energy saving features. I made my decisions and the windows were installed. They are beautiful. The house was built in 1952 so the old windows were wood. Now they are beautiful and energy efficient. Tom was the installer and he did a great job. Cut to present- I had to get windows for the house I live in. I was almost positive I wanted to go with Peakview, but I checked other places on the internet "just to see" if there was another company out there that I should get an estimate from. I read reviews and knew I was wasting time- I just needed to call Peakview again. I was thrilled that Mike was there! Once again we went through the process of deciding what I wanted and he gave me an estimate. Price was perfect. I gave half down so they could order the windows. When the windows came in, they called me to let me know the installer, Tom, (I was thrilled it was Tom again!) would call me to make arrangements to look at the windows he would be replacing. Tom called me and didn't actually need to come in the house- he was able to figure things out from the outside while I was at work. That was perfect for me. A few weeks later, Peakview called to schedule. Today I had my windows installed. Tom showed up at the agreed upon time, and was awesome from the start. Mike (sales) told him we don't do shoes in the house, so Tom took his off before he did a walk around to look at the house/windows from the inside. He said he would lay down plastic covering on all the carpet (which he did- stairs and then the upstairs hall and walkways) and lay down runners and drop cloths on the wood floors. His two helpers, Travis and Kahn (or Kahm) showed up about 30 mins later and they got busy. They were a well oiled machine. Tom let me know we had some rotted boards and said if I got the new boards he would remove the rotted ones and put the new ones up for us. Really?!?!? Awesome!!! He gave me what we needed and my husband ran out to get them. Tom replaced the rotted with the new. How awesome is that?!? Tom and his crew were THE BEST! As they worked, they cleaned- all the junk that was the result of the old windows being cut out was vacuumed up. All the debris outside was picked up. Everything about this process was painless (and believe it or not, I dragged my feet because I was worried about the mess from having the windows replaced). The entire process from start to finish was professional and they kept me informed. I love my new windows! I didn't mention, the first time I walked into the show room, I also met the owner- Shaun O'Laughlin. I felt very comfortable that I could call them if there was an issue and that alone, is a great feeling. So, there are lots of choices, which is great for consumers- but I encourage you to consider calling Peakview and give them an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. Their window installers are so awesome, that alone, should be a reason to call them. I had a 10 star experience....you can too! FYI - I have 11 openings

Home Improvement Contractor FAQ For Lone Tree, CO
Below are the questions we hear most before starting an exterior project.
Do you apply stucco the way Colorado’s climate calls for?
A: Yes, we apply stucco using methods built for a dry, high-altitude climate with big temperature swings and freeze-thaw cycles. That’s different from how it’s done on the East Coast. Doing it the Colorado way keeps the surface sound through years of seasonal movement.
How does the project process work with your crew?
A: We start at your home, check the actual condition of your windows, siding, or stucco, and take exact measurements. Then we walk you through the products and the schedule before ordering. One crew runs every stage, so you know what’s happening on your home and why.
Is your siding and stucco actually fire-resistant?
A: Yes, the siding and stucco we install are fire-resistant. Many neighborhoods across the Front Range sit near wildfire-prone terrain, so the material on your walls affects your home’s exposure. We install fire-resistant lines from CertainTeed, Mastic Home Exteriors, and Senergy.
Should I do windows or siding first if I’m phasing the budget?
A: That depends on your home’s condition and your goals. If your windows are drafty and failing, we often start there. If faded or worn siding is the bigger issue, we sequence that first. We’ll help you plan the order so each phase makes sense for your home.
What areas does Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco serve?
A: We serve the greater Colorado area, including Castle Rock, Monument, Black Forest, and Falcon. You can view our full list of nearby communities on our service areas page.
What does Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco install for Colorado homes?
A: We handle full exterior replacement and installation in Lone Tree, CO. That means window replacement and installation, siding replacement and installation, stucco installation and stone veneer, and front door replacement. We install with named brands like Pella, James Hardie, Senergy Acrylic Stucco, and ProVia.
