Michael came out and assessed my home and we found that 4 older windows were damaged. He was very kind and understanding. As promised, Michael had their bid to me by the next day. As expected, the bid was very fair and specific. As soon as I got the final estimate from my insurance, I called Michael and came over and remeasured all the windows for accuracy and but the order in. Knowing that there are quite a few claims pending, I was assured that they would do their best to get the windows installed as soon as possible. I felt like 20 pounds of weight came off my shoulders.
