Home Improvement Contractor In Castle Pines Village, CO
Named-Brand Materials, Fire-Resistant Siding & Stucco, & Colorado-Correct Installation On Every Job
One Veteran-Owned Crew Handles Your Windows, Siding, Stucco, & Doors From Measure To Final Walkthrough
A home improvement contractor in Castle Pines Village, CO has to build for real Colorado weather. High sun, dry air, strong wind, and hard freeze-thaw cycles work on an exterior year-round. We plan and install with that in mind on every project.
We’re Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco. We’re veteran-owned, and we focus on four parts of your home’s exterior: windows, siding, stucco and stone, and entry doors.
We don’t spread ourselves thin. That focus lets us name the brand going on your wall, explain the scope in plain terms, and put one accountable crew on the job.
Our siding and stucco are fire-resistant, which matters in the wildfire-prone Front Range. We apply stucco using methods built for Colorado’s dry, high-altitude climate, not East Coast habits.
We install new materials instead of covering old ones. That means new windows, new siding, fresh stucco, or a new entry door, sized and sealed for your home.

Stucco & Stone Accents
Combining architectural stone veneer with primary wall cladding creates visual luxury alongside an impact-resistant defense layer. We set Sunset Stone masonry across foundation lines, entry columns, and accent walls engineered to endure thermal shock and freeze-thaw cycles.
Gutter, Soffit & Fascia
A properly integrated roofline system is essential for channeling heavy snowmelt and rainwater away from your foundation and siding. We install seamless gutters, perforated soffit panels, and custom fascia trim in one coordinated project, guaranteeing clean eave lines and reliable drainage.

Very responsive to any needs or questions we had
We had an excellent experience with Peakview in a stucco and stone project they completed for us. Andrew was very professional and very personal helping us along the way. And, he was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. I highly recommend their services.
Strongly recommend Peakview for replacement window needs
We had 3 Angie's list recommended window companies come to give us estimates. We selected Peakview. Mike Kinner from Peakview was professional, courteous, presented & discussed several window replacement option estimates, answered all our questions, showed samples, and gave us time to think it over & compare with other estimates. We confidently purchased the Amerimax Craftsmen Portrait windows. The professional Peakview crew that installed them was fantastic, going the extra mile to ensure the windowsills were prepped for the new windows and that they would not leak like the previous ones. The rooms with new windows are noticeably quieter, warmer in winter, cooler in summer. We are very, very happy with our replacement window purchase and looking forward to replacing more down the road... Strongly recommend Peakview for replacement window needs.
I had a 10 star experience….you can too!
Awesome ?! From the beginning: Last year I got several estimates for replacement windows for our rental property. Peakview's estimate was comprehensive and definitely the best for the money. Since the initial estimates were handled by the management company, I hadn't met the sales person until I made my final decision. After I decided on Peakview, I went to the office to meet the sales guy and actually look at the windows, and make final selections. I met Mike- who was awesome. Great guy- absolutely no high pressure for anything. He demonstrated the window's ability to cut the heat from the sun as well as some other energy saving features. I made my decisions and the windows were installed. They are beautiful. The house was built in 1952 so the old windows were wood. Now they are beautiful and energy efficient. Tom was the installer and he did a great job. Cut to present- I had to get windows for the house I live in. I was almost positive I wanted to go with Peakview, but I checked other places on the internet "just to see" if there was another company out there that I should get an estimate from. I read reviews and knew I was wasting time- I just needed to call Peakview again. I was thrilled that Mike was there! Once again we went through the process of deciding what I wanted and he gave me an estimate. Price was perfect. I gave half down so they could order the windows. When the windows came in, they called me to let me know the installer, Tom, (I was thrilled it was Tom again!) would call me to make arrangements to look at the windows he would be replacing. Tom called me and didn't actually need to come in the house- he was able to figure things out from the outside while I was at work. That was perfect for me. A few weeks later, Peakview called to schedule. Today I had my windows installed. Tom showed up at the agreed upon time, and was awesome from the start. Mike (sales) told him we don't do shoes in the house, so Tom took his off before he did a walk around to look at the house/windows from the inside. He said he would lay down plastic covering on all the carpet (which he did- stairs and then the upstairs hall and walkways) and lay down runners and drop cloths on the wood floors. His two helpers, Travis and Kahn (or Kahm) showed up about 30 mins later and they got busy. They were a well oiled machine. Tom let me know we had some rotted boards and said if I got the new boards he would remove the rotted ones and put the new ones up for us. Really?!?!? Awesome!!! He gave me what we needed and my husband ran out to get them. Tom replaced the rotted with the new. How awesome is that?!? Tom and his crew were THE BEST! As they worked, they cleaned- all the junk that was the result of the old windows being cut out was vacuumed up. All the debris outside was picked up. Everything about this process was painless (and believe it or not, I dragged my feet because I was worried about the mess from having the windows replaced). The entire process from start to finish was professional and they kept me informed. I love my new windows! I didn't mention, the first time I walked into the show room, I also met the owner- Shaun O'Laughlin. I felt very comfortable that I could call them if there was an issue and that alone, is a great feeling. So, there are lots of choices, which is great for consumers- but I encourage you to consider calling Peakview and give them an opportunity to show you what they can do for you. Their window installers are so awesome, that alone, should be a reason to call them. I had a 10 star experience....you can too! FYI - I have 11 openings
These are the questions homeowners ask us most before starting an exterior project.
Home Improvement Contractor FAQ For Castle Pines Village, CO
Are your siding and stucco materials fire-resistant?
A: Yes. The siding and stucco we install are fire-resistant. Many neighborhoods along the Front Range sit in wildfire-prone areas, so the material on your walls affects your home’s exposure. We choose these products on purpose for the region we serve.
How does your team run an exterior project?
A: One crew handles your job from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. We visit your home, check the actual condition of your windows, siding, or stucco, and take exact measurements. Then we lay out the scope, the brands, and the schedule, so you know what’s happening at each stage.
Should I start with windows or siding?
A: It depends on your home’s condition and your budget. Drafty windows and worn siding each hurt comfort in their own way. If you’re phasing the work, we help you sequence it so each stage sets up the next. We’ll walk the house with you and give you a straight recommendation.
What areas around Colorado do you cover?
A: We work throughout Colorado. That includes nearby communities like Castle Rock, Monument, Black Forest, and Falcon, plus the greater Colorado Springs region. Reach out, and we’ll confirm we cover your address.
What does Peakview Windows, Siding, Stucco install?
A: We install windows, siding, stucco, and stone veneer, and entry doors as full replacements in Castle Pines Village, CO. Every project is a complete installation, not a patch. We name the brand on each product, from Pella windows to James Hardie siding, before any work begins.
Why is stucco done differently here in Colorado?
A: We apply stucco for a dry, high-altitude climate with big temperature swings and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. That’s a different method than East Coast conventions. Getting the process right for the region keeps the surface sound and helps it hold up over the seasons.
